The logistics.

We kick off on Monday May 1st and run for four weeks until Sunday May 28th. You will receive a kick off email from me on Saturday April 29th with details for the week and instructions to book your 1:1 call with me.

The live calls take place every Tuesday at 8pm via Google Meet. Britt will provide guidance, education and strategies before allowing time for an informal Q&A to ask your questions and handle road blocks throughout the program.

Every Saturday for four weeks, you will receive a sample meal plan, access to recipe substitutions, full grocery list, step-by-step instructions for planning for your week and additional resources.
The live calls will address key strategies for simplifying nutrition for your busy family and managing mealtimes with your kids.

No you don’t. I’m a realistic Nutritionist in that, convenience foods have their place. I will teach you how to set yourself up for success to cook majority of your meals from home, without spending 2 hours in the kitchen. But we’ll also talk about convenient options that work best for busy families.

Absolutely not! The key piece of this program is making meal times, nutrition and meal prep work for busy families — which means you don’t have an entire Sunday to spend prepping for the next week! We will work on strategies that are realistic and actually work for your busy life.
