Hi, I’m Britt.

I’m a Mom, hockey player and Family Nutritionist who gets hangry when I skip a meal, who cooks 98% of our meals from home and who refuses to miss out on fun family activities just to meal prep.

Healthy eating is deeply important to me. The daily choices we make with our food either supports or detracts from how well our body works, how much energy we have and impacts our mood. It’s even more true for our little ones.

Even with a packed calendar and even though it feels like we never have enough time in the day, I’ve found the recipes and the strategies that make healthy eating realistic, quick, simple and delicious for our busy family.

And that’s why I coach busy families like yours.

Because you’re busy too. And just because you’re busy, that doesn’t mean you have to rely on drive-thru’s to get through your weekly dinners, make 3 meals to satisfy all the taste buds in your house, or sacrifice your own personal health goals.

Oh, and your breakfast definitely shouldn’t be the leftover crusts from your kids sandwiches!

As a Nutrition Coach (R.H.N.) and busy mom of two, I’m dedicated to helping families reduce the stress, overwhelm and confusion that comes with feeding their families – and themselves.

Sometimes feeding our families can feel like another full time job, right? I get it. I’m here to help you with realistic and time-saving strategies that actually simplify eating well and your life in the kitchen so you can feel good about what you’re putting on the table — in 30 minutes or less.

I have learned so many lessons, tips and strategies along my own motherhood journey that I can fast track your results for you. I’ve helped over 100 families feel confident with their food choices while juggling busy schedules, differing taste buds and chaotic mealtimes.

I bring a realistic and simplified approach that combines meal planning that actually fits your life, builds your confidence in what you feed yourself and your kids, and really, really delicious recipes.

I cut through the confusing nutrition space to give you practical suggestions on how to fuel your family even with a packed calendar. 

I’m anything but perfect when it comes to feeding them, and I don’t strive to be.

We opt for whole foods whenever possible, but I also cook meals from a box and keep quick, convenient options in my freezer. We also routinely enjoy dessert.

I’m not all or nothing…I’m realistic. And you can be too.
