1:1 Nutrition Coaching
The personalized, realistic and time-saving strategies you need to fuel your busy life, achieve your health goals and stress-less around mealtimes.
Are you a busy parent who feels like cooking a healthy meal is one more impossible task on today’s to-do list?
The truth is, feeding kids is hard. Most of us were busy before we even had kids, but we had a system. We had routines, we knew how to cook and feed ourselves and we knew what we liked.
We didn’t have kids telling us what they do and don’t like, their preferences changing every week, their loaded calendar of activities and less and less time – and energy – to actually cook a healthy meal.
If you’re in need of simplified, time-saving strategies that actually work but you’re tired of fighting your kids, fighting your schedule and you don’t know where to start, then you’ve come to the right place – and the right person.
My job as a leading nutrition expert on fueling families with simple, healthy meals, is to reduce the overwhelm, eliminate the stress, and walk you through the exact steps you need to take in order to regain your confidence in feeding your family – and yourself too.
After all…we have to do this for a long time! We might as well enjoy it a little bit.
✔ How to find time to cook healthy meals, even when you’re busy
✔ How to spend less time stressing about meals, groceries and recipes and spend more time actually enjoying meals with your family
✔ How to confidently make one meal for your whole family and consider everyone’s preferences
✔ How to prioritize yourself even when it feels like you can’t do one more thing
✔ How to meal prep in two hours a week to make healthy eating easy all week
✔ How to write a grocery list and choose meals for the week in under 15 minutes
✔ How to successfully grocery shop on the weekend to have a fully stocked fridge with a plan to ACTUALLY use all of the fresh foods
1:1 Coaching is for you if you want to learn…
Trust me, I get it.
Cooking for yourself and your family can feel overwhelming.
Have you ever thought about how many meals and snacks we eat in a single month?!
In a typical month, 3 meals and 2 snacks per day adds up to 150 meal ideas. 150!
With two young kids, two jobs, a partner and a packed calendar of sports and activities, it’s never been more important for me to prioritize simple meals and time-saving strategies, that actually work, to make healthy eating work with my busy life.
Because when you’re busy, you don’t have endless hours to spend in the kitchen.
I’ve found the balance between enough meal prep to set up our week for success, without feeling like my whole Sunday is being spent cooking food.
I love this busy, active life with kids and I don’t want to miss out on any of the fun.
Still, nutrition is incredibly important – hello busy mom life – and it’s so important that my boys are well fueled too (no one wants a hangry kid on their hands — if you know, you know!)
This means that simple meals, some planning and a little bit of prep goes a long way.
When you hire me as your Family Nutritionist, you get…
3-6 months of private coaching (we work together to determine the frequency of your coaching sessions)
1 x 60-minute private Introductory Session where we’ll review your health goals, health history, where you’re at now with nutrition and where you want to go
Private Coaching Sessions – we’ll meet for another 5 30-minute coaching sessions where I’ll teach you how to elevate your nutrition choices, maximize your time in the kitchen, meal prep realistically for your preferences and lifestyle, read labels, portion food, pick a menu, make one meal work for the entire family, determine your nutrition requirements, and more.
A personalized recipe collection & Meal Plan that is customized to what you like! Love tacos? Got it. Hate green beans? Noted. Everything you love and nothing you don’t. All while considering your health goals, nutrition requirements and dietary needs.
Picture this…
In our first 60 minutes together, we’ll meet virtually and dive into your health goals, review what’s worked (and what hasn’t), uncover any obstacles that might be getting in your way, and start to develop a personalized nutrition plan to reach your goals and maintain them long-term.
We’ll take a close look at your current eating habits, identify areas for improvement, and talk about the real-life factors that influence your food choices. If you're feeding a family (or a house full of picky eaters!), we'll make sure the plan works for everyone, so you feel confident and supported in the kitchen.
Then, we’ll roll up our sleeves together for 5 follow-up coaching sessions, where we’ll focus on making small, impactful changes to elevate your nutrition. Step by step, we’ll build new habits that become second nature. I’ll be right there with you, celebrating every victory (I’m your biggest cheerleader!), helping you overcome any challenges, breaking down your goals into manageable steps, and brainstorming endless recipe ideas to keep your meals fresh, simple and nourishing.

““Britt took the time to understand my family’s nutrition needs, dietary restrictions, and our lifestyle, and provided recipes and practical meal planning suggestions that were tailored to our unique needs. I really appreciated that she customized her recommendations based on what was realistic for my family and I, and that she encouraged small changes in our approach that were easy to implement and made meal planning feel less overwhelming.”
I know how packed your calendar is. And I know how everyday feels like a sprint.
From the moment you wake up you’re already thinking about feeding kids breakfast. You’re trying to get them ready for school and out the door. Then you head to work and focus on your job all day only to come home and juggle all the emotions of your family when everyone is hangry, you have an activity to get to and you have nothing to feed them.
Maybe there are no groceries in the fridge, your pantry is bare and you have no clue what you are going to make for a meal.
I know that you are trying. You are doing your best and I’m here to tell you that I get it — and you aren’t alone.
I know these struggles first-hand. I’ve struggled with the same challenges, the same differing taste buds, the same chaotic calendars and the same hangry kids.
But – it doesn’t have to be like this.
This is why I work with busy families like yours. So I can cut through the noise of the nutrition space and tap into personalized, 1:1 coaching that considers your life, your kids, your schedule, your goals and your health.
No standardized plans here.
We develop a nutrition plan and a personalized recipe collection that includes all the foods you love, new ones to try and nothing you don’t want.
I’m a busy mom just like you, and I know how much reducing the stress around mealtimes can change your life.
